I know from personal experience how stressful relocation can be on a family.
My dad was in the military and we moved every year through my childhood.
Since then however I have been lucky enough to live in the DC area for the last 40 years! I am a wealth of
knowledge, guidance, and comfort to you as you navigate the intimidating moving process. If you are unsure which
community is best for you, I can assist you in reviewing your neighborhood options, and recommendations of
alternate areas which may be of more convenience, and represent the greatest values. After all, I have lived here
as a single person and as a parent. Chances are I have already faced the situation you are dealing with now. h to

Children, pets, timing – so many of the details of a move are unique to each relocating family. I can be your trusted,
unbiased advocate so that a stressful and confusing process more manageable.
I assist many clients, from a quick “fly and buy” (i.e. seeing the best properties in one’s criteria in a very short
