I was looking to buy, and Lise and I while I was looking through open houses and apartments and condos in Washington DC on my own, we immediately connected and it just went from there.  She was incredibly professional and patient with me the entire time, and held my hand throughout the entire process – adeptly navigating everything from contracts to loans and mortgages to banks and everything in between. She was particularly helpful at making sure that I had all the best options available to me at every step of the way. In the end, she helped me get a wonderful just renovated 3BR / 3BA in DC for almost 3% off listing, but at significantly less than it was appraised for – a great deal! Lise is wonderful to work with. She meets you where you’re at and doesn’t pressure you to make decisions you’re not comfortable with. As a first time home buyer, this is very important. She also educates you throughout the process. I really appreciate her sincere enthusiasm, patience, and calmness. We ran into a few hiccups, but she always had a workable solution and was very reassuring throughout the process. Her team (Lissy, in particularly) is also extremely helpful. Lise Howe recently handled the sale of my townhouse in Germantown, MD. I had known Lise for years as she has been a highly-regarded realtor and she is very friendly and engaging.
