Glen Echo Park

Condo Fee and Amenities at Sumner Village

Condo fees include common area maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Management, Master Insurance Policy, Reserve Funds, Road Maintenance, Security, Water and Sewer, Snow Removal, Tennis Courts and Pool, Trash Removal, Exercise Room, Community Room, Walking Paths, Sauna, Security Gate

You might wonder what all this is going to cost.

The condo fee for a three bedroom two and a half bath unit with 1823 square feet was approximately $1338 a month in the fall of 2021.    A 1367 square foot two bedroom two bath unit had a condo fee of $919 in February 2022.  A 1524 square foot unit with two bedrooms and two baths had a condo fee of $1155 at the end of 2021.

In 2025, a two bedroom two bath condo with 1768 square feet has a condo fee of $1352 per month and a condo with 2170 square feet with two bedrooms and two and a half baths has a condo fee of $1597 per month.  The three bedroom two bath unit with 1686 square feet has a condo fee of $1377 a month.
